
Join us for Tai Chi set in the peaceful surrounds of our Park.
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise originating from ancient Chinese martial arts.
With slow, flowing movements, deep breathing and mindful focus, Tai Chi helps build strength, improve balance and increase your flexibility.
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, sleep more soundly, or simply have fun while moving your body, Tai Chi offers powerful benefits:

Classes are facilitated by Fang Qin, a meditation and wellness coach and experienced Tai Chi/Qi Gong practitioner from the Meridian Connection Tai Chi School.
No experience is necessary. Just bring comfortable clothes, closed shoes and a willingness to breathe, move, and feel better.
Where: Jubilee Complex lawn (moved indoors if weather is too hot)
