Contact close family and friends

Inform immediate family members and close friends. They can provide emotional support and help with arrangements.

Grief is deeply personal. There’s no right or wrong way to feel, and everyone responds differently. It can affect your body, emotions, thoughts and behaviours.

If you need support, organisations like Grieflink or Griefline are here to help. You’re not alone.
