Board Members

Centennial Park is governed by an independent board of five experienced professionals who provide strategic oversight and ensure our operations reflect our values, purpose, and long-term vision.

Todd Davies

Chair

BA (Finance & Accounting), Grad Dip. Enterprise, FCPA, FIIAA, MAICD

Todd is an experienced board director, committee chair, and corporate advisor with over 30 years in the government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. He has worked with ASX 200 companies and major government agencies, offering extensive expertise in strategy and risk. For more than a decade, he has advised the cemetery and funeral services sectors in SA, Victoria, and NSW, and has held audit and risk roles in local government. Todd joined the Centennial Park Cemetery Authority Board in 2021 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. He will lead the Board from 1 July.

Loewn Steel

Deputy Chair and People & Culture Committee Chair

GAICD

Loewn is an experienced non-executive director and CEO with over 25 years in communications and technology. She brings strategic insight, creative thinking, and strong decision-making to her roles. Loewn advises Australian companies across sectors including finance, health, aged care, and the arts. Her focus areas are board directorships, strategic facilitation, and executive coaching. She brings deep expertise in governance, marketing, and business growth. Loewn joined the Centennial Park Cemetery Authority Board in 2021, was appointed Deputy Chair in 2024.

Greg Stirling

Board Member

B Bus (Marketing), FGLF, GAICD

Greg brings extensive expertise in marketing, brand strategy, product development, master planning, and customer experience, having worked with iconic brands including Gillette and Jacob’s Creek. He played a key role in developing Coopers Brewery’s Brand Home and oversaw major brand launches during his time as General Manager of Marketing at SkyCity, including The District and The Guardsman. A passionate advocate for tourism, Greg was the inaugural Chair of Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia. Greg joined the Centennial Park Cemetery Authority Board in 2021 and sits on the Audit and Risk Committee.

Paul Stevenson

Board Member

BA (Education), Grad Dip. Accounting, MBA, FCPA (retired)

Paul is a seasoned executive and board member with experience across the private and not-for-profit sectors. He has held CEO roles at RSPCA South Australia, Phoenix Society, and St John Ambulance SA. Earlier, he served for more than two decades at Mitsubishi Motors Australia in key senior leadership roles. He is a strong advocate for governance and culture as the foundations of success and currently serves on several boards. Paul joined the Centennial Park Cemetery Authority Board in 2023.
